Our development is such an great thing. I think of when I started this blog. I used a simple template, I just pasted words and sentences everywhere, random collages and the list goes on. I’ve been going through my blog, fixing and chopping and changing because I have evolved and I want my blog to be consistent. It’s just really great to see how much I have developed since the beginning of my blogging journey. What started out as a hobby has now shifted to a passion. My sister suggested that I started a blog and I remember thinking how hard it would be. I seemed a little intimidating and felt like it was something for I.T gurus and I basically doubted that I could grasp the bloggers world. Well here I am 18 months later. I’m still chopping and changing. My opinions, interests and tastes have sprouted in different directions. I look back and I sometimes laugh at the things that I have posted in the past. Time is a funny thing and it’s cool to look back and laugh at the early days. Overall it’s a great feeling when I think about the simple sassy that I started and I see how much have achieved. Light, Laughter, Love and growth.

South Africans took part in blowing their vuvuzelas and parading today...

Mad buzz and excitement as we countdown the days till the soccer extravaganza .I can't wait to get my RSA Bafana Bafana t-shirt* Now I'm not gonna get all political about it and debate whether or not vuvuzelas should be banned during the world cup...however I will say that it's a symbol for SA, it’s been one for many years and it's a part of South Africa’s soccer celebrations. Glad that it’s being held on the African continent. It’ll be good to show the world ‘the Africa they are never shown’. It’s gonna get crazy!!! Whoop whoop!!
